She began her career in 2000 after earning her B.A. in Psychology from UC Irvine. She quickly established herself in wealth management, holding key recruiting roles at firms including UBS Financial Services and JP Morgan Private Bank, where she focused on hiring Private Wealth Managers for high-net-worth clients.
In 2011, Betty joined Edward Jones, where she spent over a decade advancing through advisor recruiting, ultimately becoming the top Advisor Recruiting Manager for the Western Division. In 2022, she transitioned into senior leadership, where she managed a team of 30 including four Senior Managers.
A native of Orange County, CA, Betty is known for her disciplined approach, which extends to her personal life as a dedicated 5 a.m. Orangetheory Fitness enthusiast. She lives with her husband and five-year-old son and enjoys cooking and following baseball and golf.
