From 2001 through 2010, Ira served as President of the NBCUniversal Employees Federal Credit Union's Investment Planning Division, where he helped studio professionals make critical decisions around GE/Comcast Pension Plans, 401(k) investment selections, and Social Security optimization. Many of the clients he began working with in those early years remain under his care today—testament to the trust he’s earned over time.
Beyond his one-on-one advisory work, Ira has also been a sought-after speaker and educator, presenting to organizations such as the GE Women’s Professional Group, Cal State Dominguez Hills, and the LA Unified School District. During his time at NBCUniversal, he contributed regularly to the company’s internal newsletter, The Peacock Press, where he broke down complex financial topics into accessible advice for employees.

A native of Southern California, Ira lives in Burbank, CA with his wife of over 25 years, Cynthia, and their two children, Xander and Madison. He completed his CFP® coursework at both UCLA and Kaplan University, reinforcing his commitment to lifelong learning and industry excellence.
