I am Maddox De Nunzio. I’ve lived in California my entire life, growing up in Santa Barbara and attending Cal Poly. Since joining Perennial in 2024, I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Mike, Rob, Alan, and Lisa, assisting with a variety of tasks that keep the office running smoothly. My role consists of supporting the team with client services, financial planning, and research, which plays a key role in delivering high-quality financial services.
My passion for finance has been a lifelong journey, largely thanks to my parents, who are both business owners. From a young age, they instilled in me the importance of financial literacy, and I had the opportunity to witness firsthand the highs and lows of their financial journeys. That experience sparked my interest in financial management and inspired me to pursue a career where I can help others make informed financial decisions to pursue their goals and set their families up for success.
While I’m still in the early stages of my career, I’ve already learned that honesty and transparency are critical in building strong client relationships. I’m committed to ensuring that performance is transparent, there are no “grey areas,” and everyone is always on the same page. This approach builds trust and strengthens both our team and client partnerships.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s waterskiing in Lake Havasu, snowboarding in Mammoth, or surfing along the California coast. I also love golfing and will forever be a die-hard Indianapolis Colts football fan.
